Managing Your Organization

Invite your team

Click 'Invite user', enter the email address, choose a role and send the invitation. The person is listed as invited until they accept. You can change a member's role or remove them at any time.

Roles

Give each person the smallest role that lets them do their work.

Licence and seats

License shows your plan, billing period and seats. Everyone who works in Caarisma needs a seat: open 'Manage Seats' to assign a free seat to a team member, or unassign one to give it to someone else.

Usage and billing

'View Usage' shows what you have used in the current billing period, including anything beyond your plan and what it costs. 'Billing History' lists past charges and events, and Billing holds your billing address and payment methods.

Working in several practices

If you belong to more than one organization, switch between them with the practice name at the top left of the workspace. Invitations to join another practice are waiting behind the envelope icon in the top bar.

Organization details

Update the name and branding colours, review your role and plan, and choose how patient images are handled. Only an owner can delete the organization.
