The schedule turns your opening hours into bookable slots, collects booking requests from patients and keeps today's appointments on Home.

Set your hours
Add a schedule with the weekday windows in which you see patients, the slot length, a buffer between appointments and how many people fit in one slot. A schedule can be limited to a period and follows your time zone.

Online bookings
After a self-scan on your lead generation page, patients can request one of your free slots straight from their results. Requests arrive in the schedule as 'Requested' until you confirm them.

Add and manage appointments
Click 'New appointment' to book someone yourself: choose the patient, the day and one of the available times. Search by name, email or phone, filter by status, and use Manage on an appointment to confirm it, mark it completed or as a no-show, or cancel it.

Block time off
Holidays, training or a closed afternoon: add an unavailable block once and no slot inside it can be booked.
